Key Lime Pie(1) prepared graham cracker crust
(6) egg yolks
(2) 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
(1) 8 oz. bottle lime juice
green food coloring
heavy whipping cream
powdered sugar (enough to sweeten cream to taste)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat milk and yolks together until smooth. Add lime juice and 1 generous drop of food coloring. Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes, then cool.
(Top may be slightly soft when first removed from the oven) Beat whipping cream with sugar until firm. Generously cover cooled pie. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
